What are your shipping options?
For Canada & USA orders :
*Standard Shipping (Letter Mail):
This option does not include tracking. By selecting this shipping method, you acknowledge the risk of potential delays or loss and accept full responsibility for your order. This means that lost or delayed orders will not be eligible for refunds or cancellations.
*Tracked Shipping: Available for secure delivery. However, once your order is marked as 'delivered' by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for stolen or misplaced packages.

By default, Monthly kit, Candle orders are shipped by tracked mail through Chit Chats, USPS or Canada Post. Estimated delivery time is 3-15 business days.

*You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please note that we, ANOOK3, are not responsible for any import taxes and they are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
When will my order be shipped out?
Orders are sent out on Mondays and Fridays(Eastern time).
(orders received from Friday to Sunday will be shipped on the next Monday, orders from Monday to Thursday will be shipped on Friday.)
Orders are shipped on weekdays; no shipments go out on weekends.
VAT / GST TAXES / CUSTOM FEES
We, ANOOK3, are not collecting taxes on orders placed outside Canada. That means the items will be presented to customs upon entry to the destination country and VAT, duties or other applicable fees will be collected from the recipient prior to delivery.
We, ANOOK3, are not collecting or remitting VAT / GST import taxes on orders placed outside Canada. This means your order will be collected by your country when it reaches customs and you may be charged a VAT/GST tax on your order. You may experience delays and additional processing fees.
You are liable for any taxes/fees/charges that occur. If you don't pay the tax, your order will never reach you and be returned. Please note that we, ANOOK3, are not responsible for any import taxes and they are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
For International orders : Please do not use PO box addresses

Unable to ship to the EU to comply with the new GPSR regulation implemented in December 2024.

When will my order arrive?
Expected delivery times are as follows.
For domestic Canada orders : 4-21 business days(Untracked letter mail can take longer.)
For US orders : 5-21 business days(Untracked letter mail can take longer.)
For international orders : 2-6 weeks
For Tracked shipping, ignore the expected delivery time given by Canada Post at checkout as it's incorrect. Especially for international orders please add 1~3 weeks extra for custom clearance.
Please keep in mind that, there may be unexpected delays.
You don't ship to my country?
We only ship to countries serviced by our main carrier, Chit Chats, which are listed below. Currently, candle, sticker book, and monthly kit orders can only be shipped to Canada and the US.

Switzerland, United Kingdom

(There are limitations on deliveries to PO box addresses for international orders. Please do not use PO box addresses)
I used the incorrect address when ordering. How do I change it?
Please email us ASAP at hello@anook3.com with your order number and correct address.
If you realized you used wrong address after you received a dispatch notification email, there is no way of us intercepting the transit to change the address.
It's likely that your order will be returned to us. In that case, we will contact you to discuss reshipment to the correct address at your expense.
Please double check your address when placing your order and afterwards the address can be found on your order confirmation email.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately if you change your mind at hello@anook3.com. We won't be able to cancel your order after we ship it out already.
Please note the following exception
- If your order was custom/personalized item, unfortunately we can't cancel your order.
