When will my order be shipped out?

For sticker/card orders, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be sent out. For candle orders, please allow 3-10 business days for your order to be sent out. Once shipped you will receive an email.

Orders are usually ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

VAT / GST TAXES / CUSTOM FEES

We, ANOOK3, are not collecting taxes on orders placed outside Canada. That means the items will be presented to customs upon entry to the destination country and VAT, duties or other applicable fees will be collected from the recipient prior to delivery.   

We, ANOOK3, are not collecting or remitting VAT / GST import taxes on orders placed outside Canada. This means your order will be collected by your country when it reaches customs and you may be charged a VAT/GST tax on your order. You may experience delays and additional processing fees. 

You are liable for any taxes/fees/charges that occur. If you don't pay the tax, your order will never reach you and be returned. Please note that we, ANOOK3, are not responsible for any import taxes and they are not included in the item price or shipping cost. 

What are your shipping options?

For domestic Canada orders :
We offer Untracked letter mail(with stamps) and Tracked shipping. When you choose untracked letter mail, you are acknowledged that you are taking a risk of your order being delayed or lost without any ability to track it. Selecting Tracked shipping is highly recommended. ANOOK3 is taking a full responsibility for a tracked shipping.

By default, Monthly kit, Candle orders are shipped by tracked mail through Canada Post or ChitChat. Estimated delivery time is 3-15 business days.

For US orders :
We offer Untracked letter mail(USPS first class mail) and Tracked shipping. When you choose untracked letter mail, you are acknowledged that you are taking a risk of your order being delayed or lost without any ability to track itSelecting Tracked shipping is highly recommended. ANOOK3 is taking a full responsibility for a tracked shipping.

When you selected Untracked letter mail(USPS first class mail), you will see a Shipment ID number, not a tracking number in shipping notification email. This number is NOT trackable and only used if your order is returned by USPS. When you see 'Delivery will not be confirmed', please know it's not an error and it says that because it's not a trackable. This Shipment ID is only used to send us a return notice if the package was undeliverable.

For International orders : Please do not use PO box addresses
Only tracked mail is available.(sent with Chit Chats, Asendia through Chit Chats)

When will my order arrive?

Expected delivery times are as follows.
For domestic Canada orders : 3-14 business days(Untracked letter mail can take longer.)
For US orders : 5-15 business days(Untracked letter mail can take longer.)
For international orders : 2-6 weeks

For Tracked shipping, ignore the expected delivery time given by Canada Post at checkout as it's incorrect. Especially for international orders please add 1~3 weeks extra for custom clearance.
Please keep in mind that, there may be unexpected delays.

You don't ship to my country?

 We can only ship to the countries my carriers ship to and they are as belows.

Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, United Arab Emirates,
Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Austria, Belgium, United Kingdom

*Canada - Canada Post, Chit Chats
*USA - USPS(through Chit Chats), Canada Post
*International - Chit Chats, Asendia(through Chit Chats)
(There are limitations on deliveries to PO box addresses for international orders. Please do not use PO box addresses)

*We're sorry we can't ship to Germany as we don't have a Lucid number.

I used the incorrect address when ordering. How do I change it?

Please email us ASAP at hello@anook3.com with your order number and correct address.
If you realized you used wrong address after you received a dispatch notification email, there is no way of us intercepting the transit to change the address.
It's likely that your order will be returned to us. In that case, we will contact you to discuss reshipment to the correct address at your expense.

Please double check your address when placing your order and afterwards the address can be found on your order confirmation email. 

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately if you change your mind at hello@anook3.com. We won't be able to cancel your order after we ship it out already. 

Please note the following exception
  •  If your order was custom/personalized item, unfortunately we can't cancel your order.
