Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We are sorry that you were not completely happy with your order and are looking to return or exchange it.
You may return it to us within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a partial/full refund(minus shipping) to the original payment method.
Please note the following exception to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted/Sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded
- Custom/Personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded
- Gift Cards cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded
Return Process
- You must first request a return by sending us email at hello@anook3.com
- Your request email should include the receipt or proof of purchase(eg your order number or confirmation email you received from us after purchase) and the reason for returns.
- After you receive a confirmation email from us, please pack the items securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

- Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges
- Once we receive your returns, we will inspect the condition of them
What we inspect
-Must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date
-Must be returned in original product packaging
-Must in new and unused condition.
- Then we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
- Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
Change of Mind Returns
You are responsible for all return shipping charges.
If the refund is approved, you'll receive a refund minus shipping fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at hello@anook3.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item with photos of the item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
